Throughout their stay in the facility, group leaders and supervisors must supervise their group and ensure that the general rules and regulations are followed.

When you arrive at the Nautiland® car park, we recommend that your group stays inside the bus or waits nearby while the group leader goes to the ticket office to pay for admission. They will receive the keys to the changing rooms and the identity wristbands.

A lifeguard will give the group a briefing to explain the rules and safety regulations that apply within the facility.

They will hand out the identity bracelets for your group.

The group leader(s) will be responsible for:

• ensuring that swimmers and non-swimmers are  kept separate throughout the swimming session.
• ensuring that the rules and regulations applying within Nautiland® are followed (duration of swim, standards of supervision and care, etc.).
• informing the lifeguard of any health problems among group members (asthma, epilepsy, heart problems etc.).
• informing the lifeguard straight away in the event of an incident.
